Pharmacist Opportunity

At our clinical team, we have exciting opportunities for Pharmacists to manage specialised medications and play a key role in patient care from diagnosis through to treatment and recovery.

About the Role

You will work closely with Clinicians, Nurses, and Technicians to deliver exceptional patient care. Key responsibilities include:

  • Dispensing and supplying medication and pharmacy products
  • Coordinating patient medication requirements for inpatient stays, day infusions, and discharge
  • Developing and maintaining professional relationships with stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service
  • Supporting patients, carers, hospital staff, and associated employees
  • Educating and advising staff and customers on health promotion, disease prevention, drug selection, and proper use of medicines
About You

We are looking for an aspiring Pharmacist ready to launch their career in hospital pharmacy or an experienced community Pharmacist seeking a transition into the hospital space.

The ideal candidate possesses:

  • General registration with AHPRA, with no restrictions on practice
  • Australian working rights, valid for at least the duration of the contract
  • Minimum 12-month working rights required for permanent roles
  • Personal Indemnity insurance
