About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Field Representative to join our Retail Select Team and provide exceptional services in the hardware and gardening departments to Bunnings stores in the Newcastle area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain key customer relationships to drive sales and growth
  • Order, merchandise, and stock products, including manual handling, to ensure optimal store displays
  • Maintain in-store displays and ensure products are priced and ticketed correctly
  • Assist with major planogram initiatives to drive business results
Requirements
  • Previous sales and merchandising experience in retail and hardware, with a strong understanding of visual merchandising principles
  • Self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently
  • Hold a valid driver's license and have a reliable vehicle for travel
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
