Role Responsibilities

This role presents a fulfilling opportunity to contribute significantly to delivering outstanding client services. In collaboration with the Property Manager, you will oversee the management of a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring satisfaction for both property owners and tenants.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting entry and exit inspections and routine property assessments
  • Communicating effectively with tenants and property owners
  • Coordinating maintenance and repairs, working closely with contractors and tenants, and reporting back to property owners
  • Managing lease agreements
  • Marketing properties, conducting open houses, and facilitating private viewings
  • Assisting the Property Manager in all aspects of portfolio management

Candidate Profile

  • At least 1 year of experience in Property Management or as an Associate
  • Strong understanding of current tenant laws and regulations
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities
  • Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage a property portfolio effectively and work collaboratively
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
  • Possession of a Real Estate License or willingness to obtain one
  • A valid Driver's License
