Key Responsibilities

  1. Preventative and Reactive Maintenance: Deliver maintenance services in line with service obligations and product warranty, including schedules.
  2. Equipment Troubleshooting: Onsite investigation and troubleshooting of equipment failures.
  3. Safe Work Practices: Prioritize and enforce safe work practices as described in the Energy Control Program and Maintenance Manual.
  4. Site Representation: Act as the company's onsite, customer-focused representative; adhere to customers' site-specific safety programs, onsite communication protocols, and site-specific playbook.
  5. Reporting and Record-Keeping: Provide regular reports for field operations work and maintain an accurate and daily service database.

Requirements
