Job Description

The role of a Customer Support Manager is to lead our front-line teams in delivering operational stability for residents, their families, and visiting health professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage rostering systems to ensure accurate forecasting and resource allocation.
  • Partner with corporate teams to optimize workforce planning and improve resource utilization.
  • Lead training sessions for staff on timekeeping systems and related troubleshooting.
  • Maintain confidential rostering information and adhere to company policies.
  • Collaborate with site leaders to ensure 24/7 facilities have adequate staffing, including casual backups and trouble-shooting roster gaps.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in staff rostering is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
  • Able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Hold a valid NDIS Clearance or be willing to obtain one.
  • Experience with Roster Bid Manager tools is highly regarded.
