**Job Description**:
Toll is thrilled to announce that we have several new opportunities for Bi-lingual Australian Citizens, who speak English and either Arabic, Farsi, Pashto, Dari, Dinka, Burmese or Kiswahili to complement our dynamic case management team as we step into a new era of growth and success.
As Case Managers in our Global Operations Centre, you will manage and deliver a range of services on behalf of our government client, supporting key activities for your colleagues overseas and working on a critical program that supports Australia's international obligations.

**As a Case Manager, you will**:
- Act as a key reference and referral point for your case management colleagues overseas, supporting them with policy or process questions, managing referrals to conclusion or escalation as required.
- Monitor workflow for your assigned region or peers to ensure key milestones and KPIs are being met.
- Take care of all travel bookings for the customers in line with client policy requirements.
- Manage end to end case management of assigned cases for highly sensitive or urgent cases or during periods of a surge in activity or in response to an emergency.
- Provide support for supply chain administration.
**Qualifications**:
**What we are looking for**:
- Fluency (oral) in a language of a major customer group (Arabic, Farsi, Pashto, Dari, Dinka, Burmese or Kiswahili) is essential.
- Proven experience in case management or in a similar administrative role within a multicultural context in a medium to large org that deliver Global services.
- Customer service experience preferably in an administrative environment where service delivery and service recovery are central themes.
- Experience in Mobility, Assignment Management, Managed Services, Insurance or Travel would be advantageous.
- Demonstrated cultural competence and the ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to provide accurate, timely, and courteous service to a culturally and linguistically diverse range of customers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- ** Working with children check and Australian Citizenship are mandatory requirement for this role.**
