The Audit and Compliance Coordinator plays a key role in the MR5 Contract Management team, supporting effective oversight of the MR5 Tram Franchise Agreement through auditing, compliance and reporting activities.

This position will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the development, planning and delivery of the MR5 contract management audit program and framework.

Audits will be conducted using a risk-based approach and seek to provide assurance that the Tram Operator is meeting contractual obligations.

The position is also responsible for monitoring and reporting on health of contract through management and analysis of compliance and operational data.

This includes working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure contractual targets are being met.

This role will prepare reports with actionable insights that inform decision making and fostering continuous improvement across all areas of the Franchise.
