We are seeking a Compliance Assurance professional to join our team.

About the Role

The Compliance Assurance Advisor will play a key role in embedding a strong assurance function across the organisation. This involves ensuring the integrity and compliance of business processes through second-line oversight, risk identification, and process monitoring. Key responsibilities include preparing assurance reports, conducting investigations, analysing data for trends, and ensuring alignment with regulatory and policy obligations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare assurance reports that provide stakeholders with accurate and reliable information on the effectiveness of business processes.
  • Conduct investigations into potential non-compliance issues and develop recommendations for improvement.
  • Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop metrics to measure progress.
  • Ensure alignment with regulatory and policy obligations, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Experience in compliance, legal, or risk environments, preferably with a focus on assurance and advisory services.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop recommendations for improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including senior management, regulatory bodies, and external auditors.
