Job Title: Cemetery Maintenance Technician

As a Cemetery Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the beauty and integrity of our cemeteries.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has a keen eye for detail, and takes pride in their work.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Operating various mowing equipment safely and efficiently;
  • Maintaining and performing regular inspections on equipment;
  • Ensuring lawns and green spaces are maintained to a high standard;
  • Completing service requests as required;
  • Adhering to safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • Previous experience in lawn maintenance (cemetery experience highly regarded);
  • A valid manual driver's license;
  • A White Card;
  • The ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team and/or individually;
  • Be punctual and reliable;
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions ranging from hot summer days to cooler winter months;
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards.
