About The RoleAs a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of council-controlled cemeteries. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in their work.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team to maintain lawns and green spaces to a high standard
- Operate various mowing equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain and perform regular inspections on equipment
- Complete service requests as required
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures
- Monday to Friday work schedule with early start and finish
- Competitive hourly rate
- Vehicle and fuel card supplied
- Uniform and PPE supplied
- Ongoing safety training programs and resources available
- Frequent team social events
- Career progression pathways
- Possibility of overtime in warmer months
- Previous experience in Lawn Maintenance (cemetery experience highly regarded)
- Valid Manual Drivers Licence
