Clinical Care Leader Opportunity

Join our team as a dedicated and experienced Clinical Team Leader to lead our regional areas.

About the Role

  • Provide leadership and vision to your team, including translating organisational goals into program area objectives
  • Strengthen key stakeholder partnerships and relationships
  • Ensure all performance metrics and KPIs are achieved
  • Business planning, forecasting staffing, and managing allocated resources
  • Build and maintain professional networks and working relationships with stakeholders
  • Manage and implement strategy formulation and business planning processes

Key Requirements

  • Current AHPRA registration and Bachelor of Nursing
  • Excellent clinical knowledge and leadership experience in client care
  • Ability to work in a KPI-driven and target-focussed environment
  • Well-developed problem-solving skills, particularly when dealing with complex care scenarios
  • Proficient decision-making, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
