Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance Marketing & eCommerce: Optimize paid media across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging platforms to drive traffic and ROI.
  • Content & Influencer Management: Lead agile development of platform-specific content, including A+ content for marketplaces.
  • Sampling & Event Activation: Plan and execute sampling and events to drive trial and support eCommerce growth.
  • Reporting & Collaboration: Track and report on digital and eCommerce KPIs with actionable insights.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing end-to-end eCommerce operations, digital marketing, or performance media within FMCG or retail industries.
  • Proven track record of driving growth through digital commerce channels including DTC, omni-channel, and pureplay platforms.
