Job Title

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chief Digital Transformation Officer to join our team.

  • Delve into the project governance process by creating charters, documentation, and setting up regular engagement with stakeholders and steering groups.
  • Navigate stakeholder relationships, from teams and leaders to vendors—keeping everyone informed, aligned, and engaged.
  • Guide the project timeline, mapping out milestones, monitoring the critical path, and responding quickly to risks or delays.
  • Develop and execute a deployment schedule that ensures smooth implementation across multiple sites in a large geographic area.
  • Lead change management activities including communications, training, and supporting teams as they transition to new systems.

The ideal candidate will have qualifications in Project Management, Business, IT, or a related field. They will possess excellent organisational skills and a natural ability to juggle competing priorities. The candidate should also be confident to coordinate stakeholders at all levels, with clear and professional communication. A proactive approach to problem-solving, and comfort working independently are essential for this role.
