Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to assume the role of Payment Operations Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing customer deposits and withdrawals, identifying and resolving payment-related issues, and optimizing the deposit and withdrawal experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Payment Monitoring & Issue Resolution: Monitor customer deposits and withdrawals to ensure uptime, accuracy and speed. Identify, investigate, and resolve payment-related issues ensuring minimal disruption to customers.
  • Process Optimization: Collaborate internally and externally to improve deposit and withdrawal performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and suggest improvements to streamline payment processes.
  • Performance Analysis: Track payment trends, monitor transaction data for anomalies, and generate reports to help optimize payment strategies. Analyze payment success rates, transaction volume, and customer feedback to identify areas of improvement.
