About the Role

This challenging and rewarding role involves preparing detailed project schedules, coordinating site management, implementing effective repair methodologies, ensuring compliance with strict safety requirements, monitoring budgets and delivering projects to clients on time.

Initially focusing on flood repair projects in the Northern Rivers region, successful candidates will have opportunities for long-term employment within our NSW team.

Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to developing comprehensive repair strategies

Organize, schedule, budget and forecast allocated projects to meet planned completion dates

Promote a safe and compliant work environment

Quality assurance and control

Provide excellent client service levels and adhere to timely delivery frameworks

Facilitate open communication and regular updates with stakeholders

Qualifications and Skills:

- Driver's License
- Construction Induction Card
- Trade qualification
- Certificate IV in Construction (desired)

Essential Skills and Abilities:

- Project management experience across multiple sites
- Knowledge of relevant building codes, Australian standards, and state legislation
- Experience working directly with clients, consultants, tradespeople, and suppliers
- In-depth understanding of the construction process, critical inspection points, permits, and WHS regulations.
- Estimation skills advantageous
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project, and Excel software
