Talent Acquisition and Operational Excellence Manager

Key to our organization's success is a well-structured workforce, expertly managed by a skilled leader. We seek a seasoned Talent Acquisition and Operational Excellence Manager to join our team in Brisbane, Australia.

The successful candidate will oversee the creation of timely, accurate, and compliant employee rosters for our facility, leveraging their expertise in workforce planning, rostering, and recruitment. They will lead a high-performing team, developing strategies to optimize operational efficiency and implement effective rostering systems across the facility.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive workforce planning strategies, ensuring seamless integration with production operations.
  • Oversee the Production Recruitment team, driving successful recruitment outcomes and fostering strong relationships with managers and supervisors.
  • Collaborate closely with Payroll, People Operations, and third-party agencies to streamline recruitment processes, attendance management, and cross-functional workflows.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in workforce planning, rostering, and recruitment, including leadership and team development roles.
  • Proven ability to interpret Awards and develop compliant employee rosters.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
