Senior Finance Leader Opportunity

This is a key leadership role that will oversee financial operations for subsidiaries across the South Pacific region. As part of our finance team, you will work closely with various stakeholders to develop and implement financial strategies.

The primary responsibility of this position includes managing internal controls, financial processes, and reporting across country operations. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with group accounting policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain robust financial systems and processes.
  • Provide guidance and support to subsidiary CEOs on financial matters.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of business transactions in ERA system.
  • Review and validate monthly management reports.
  • Maintain strong working capital controls.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Business or Commerce.
  • Professional accounting certification – CA or CPA.
  • Proficiency in ERA, Hyperion (including Smartview), iChris, and Microsoft Office.
  • At least 10 years' experience in a senior finance role.
  • Experience in the automotive dealership sector is a plus.
