Job Title: Delivery Operations CoordinatorAbout the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our delivery team as a Delivery Operations Coordinator. As a key member of our frontline team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our delivery station.

Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the timely delivery of all parcels. You will work closely with our delivery partners and internal stakeholders to ensure safe and compliant delivery practices.

You will be responsible for assisting with loadout, providing route support, and escalating issues when required. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a fast-paced environment.

You will thrive in a team-oriented environment and have demonstrated experience working in a similar setting. You will be able to lift up to 25kgs and remain on your feet for extended periods (up to 4 hours).

  • Previous experience working in a delivery depot or warehouse setting
  • Able to lift up to 25kgs
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient environment

You will be responsible for managing the loadout process for drivers, including providing manifests and ensuring safe and proper processes are followed. You will also provide support and advice to drivers as it relates to their routes and successful delivery.

Maintaining safety and security of premises and all people on-site is essential. Developing and maintaining solid working relationships with delivery contractors and drivers is also crucial.

You will respond to urgent matters and escalate as required. Maintaining a professional and high-quality service-oriented environment is paramount.
