Nurse Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Care Specialist to deliver high-quality patient care in the Paediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU). This role involves working collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide safe and effective clinical care, promoting best practice patient outcomes.
The successful candidate will engage in reflective and analytical practice, continually improving their skills and knowledge to develop as a highly skilled nurse. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the health and wellbeing of children and young people, whilst also developing your skills and expertise as a nurse. You will be part of a dynamic and supportive team, committed to providing high-quality care and improving patient outcomes.
About the Role- Deliver safe and effective clinical care to patients in the PICU
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to achieve best practice patient outcomes
- Engage in reflective and analytical practice to improve patient care and outcomes
- Continuously improve skills and knowledge to develop as a highly skilled Registered Nurse
