Print Operations Coordinator

Our Client is a leading government department responsible for developing policies that enhance Australia's economic growth and stability on the global stage.
As an experienced Print Room Assistant, you will work closely with the Print Room Manager to ensure our client's in-house printing needs are met.
This role requires delivering print and design services within the Department, utilizing a wide range of electronic equipment to meet printing demands from Ministerial and Executive Briefs, training manuals, booklets, name plates, and menu cards.
We are seeking a highly skilled individual who can provide:
- Expertise in printing and publishing activities, including production, finishing, and binding of printed materials.
- Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders on printing and design matters.
- Collaboration with external vendors to consult on job specifications and production requirements.
- Building and maintaining relationships with a diverse network of stakeholders, including internal contacts and representatives from other Australian government agencies and partner institutions.
Mandatory Skills and Qualifications
- Detailed knowledge of digital print operations, finishing, and binding processes.
- Intermediate computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Pro suite.
- Prior experience in troubleshooting commercial print equipment.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per annum
