About the Role:

The Administrative Test Site Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day testing activities at our test center. This includes administrative tasks such as reviewing transmissions logs, communicating with technical support, and maintaining a clean and professional testing environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assure equipment is operational and test stations are free of extraneous materials
  • Review transmissions logs (uploading of current day's test results & daily downloading of examinations and site schedule) from software that automatically connects to hub system periodically
  • Communicate and work with VSS technical support to investigate and fix technical issues
  • Test Center cleaning if applicable
  • Perform daily site opening and closing
  • Help to ensure a clean, professional, quiet testing atmosphere in the center
  • Prepare test rosters and verify identifications of candidates
  • Escort examinees to assigned test stations and explain the test process briefly
  • Monitor examinees and record any problems or discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Print test results after candidates complete their tests

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Five years of customer service experience required
  • Experience working in a testing environment is strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows applications required
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage time
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Work Environment and Conditions:

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of AU$70,000 - AU$90,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as annual leave, sick leave, and parental leave. We also provide opportunities for career advancement and professional development through training and mentorship programs.
