Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire property lifecycle, from acquisition to disposal, while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide expert property advice to internal stakeholders, aligning property decisions with business objectives and long-term asset planning.
  • Oversee property portfolio performance, including financial analysis and risk management.
  • Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to facilitate approvals, negotiations, and project deliverables.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Commerce or Property Law, and/or relevant experience.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience within the property industry or managing a property portfolio.
  • Proven understanding of the property industry and its related laws.
  • Highly developed commercial negotiation skills.
  • Excellent relationship management and influencing capabilities.
