An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our organization as an Account Manager. As the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, you will be responsible for nurturing client relationships and driving business growth through effective campaign management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Nurture the client relationship, acting as the main day-to-day point of contact for all stakeholders
- Maintain regular dialogue on campaign performance with your manager
- Create and manage scope of work documents, reports, schedules, training materials, timelines, and budget trackers
- Manage the weekly client WIP meeting, fortnightly training, and monthly reviews
Requirements:
- Proactive, passionate, highly motivated, and highly organized
- Well-versed in all aspects of account service and project management
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage a field team and work autonomously
- Ability to juggle multiple projects from start to finish, responsible for day-to-day tasks including briefs, timelines, quotes, and reports
- Knowledge of the retail/FMCG environment (grocery, electrical retail), preferred
