CAD Administrator Job Description

The Perth-based CAD support team is recruiting an experienced CAD Administrator to provide assistance to the design group.

The successful candidate will perform various tasks, including:

  • Providing CAD support for multi-discipline engineering and drafting fields using Bentley products
  • Attending to CAD support requests, including general administration, technical support, and software development
  • Building and deploying CAD machines
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Solid knowledge of drafting principles in 2D and 3D CAD systems
  • Previous experience in a CAD support role
  • Experience with the administration of the Bentley suite of products, including OpenBuildings designer CE, ProjectWise, Openplant Modeler CE, and others
  • Solid understanding of Bentley product workspaces, ProjectWise integration, and managed workspaces
  • MicroStation VBA and Windows Operating Systems
  • Experience with ProjectWise integration into MS products
  • Good time management skills and ability to work independently
  • Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
