Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced structural drafter to work on multiple significant projects in our Head Office team in Ascot, WA.

  • Design and draft structural fixed plant drawings for process plant design.
  • Produce drawings (hard copy and electronic CAD files) in accordance with client specification, standards, and procedures.
  • Communicate complex information through drawings to engineers.
  • Collaborate with key project personnel to ensure design coordination of multi-disciplined activities.

Key Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in structural design with a minimum of 10 years experience.
  • Expertise in process plant structural design and materials handling.
  • Strong knowledge of drafting techniques, skills, codes, and standards, relevant by-laws, and standard industry practices.
  • Knowledge of current design and detail drafting principles.
  • Experience using TEKLA software.
  • Australian working rights and relevant Australian experience.
