Job Title: Lead CAD Administrator

The Role:

We are seeking a seasoned CAD Administrator to provide expert technical support in multi-discipline engineering and drafting fields.

  • Support clients with various CAD-related issues, primarily focused on Bentley products.
  • Effectively manage the administration of CAD software, ensuring seamless operation and optimal performance.
  • Deliver high-quality technical assistance, troubleshooting, and problem-solving expertise.
  • Develop and implement solutions to enhance the user experience and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Mastery of 2D and 3D CAD systems, with a strong understanding of drafting principles.
  • At least three years of experience in a comparable role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues and clients.
  • Familiarity with the administration of the Bentley suite of products, including OpenBuildings Designer CE, ProjectWise, and OpenPlant Isometrics Manager CE.
  • Solid understanding of Bentley product workspaces, ProjectWise integration, and managed workspaces.
  • Proficiency in MicroStation VBA and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
