Job Opportunity: Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced construction professional to lead our modular home construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of construction experts, manage project goals and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Oversee all aspects of modular home construction including site preparation, building installation and final handover.
  • Manage financial resources, cost control measures and resource allocation to meet financial targets.
  • Ensure projects are completed within agreed timeframes and meet quality expectations.
  • Implement and maintain workplace health and safety procedures ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and company policies.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A trade qualification and/or QBCC Builder's Licence (desired).
  • A current White Card (mandatory).
  • Extensive experience in modular home construction and project management.
  • A strong understanding of building installations (desired but not essential).
  • Comprehensive knowledge of construction methodologies, WHS practices and NCC building codes.

  • Brings a proactive approach and strong problem-solving skills.
