Project Manager Role

Adapt Modular Homes is a leading company in the construction industry with over 20 years of experience.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of modular home projects from planning through to completion, ensuring all works are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven expertise in project management, including budgeting, cost control measures, and resource allocation.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and manage teams to achieve project goals.
  • A comprehensive understanding of modern construction methods, building codes, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.

Qualifications, Attitude & Experience required for the role:

  • Current White Card (mandatory).
  • Extensive experience in modular home construction and project management.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of construction methodologies, WHS practices, and NCC building codes.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
