Job Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the management of renovation projects across various locations in Queensland, NSW and Tasmania.

  • The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of construction site management principles and practices.

This is a full-time position with an immediate start available for the right candidate.


About the Job

The successful applicant will be responsible for buying materials for each phase of the project, checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings, conducting quality and safety inspections, and liaising with clients and reporting on progress to staff and the public.

  • The core business of our organization is to engage with multiple international role players in the healthcare and healthcare technology sectors to establish new business models for developing and importing healthcare solutions for Australia and to set up viable export channels for Australian designed healthcare products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Buying materials for each phase of the project;
  • Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings;
  • Conducting quality and safety inspections;
  • Liaising with clients and reporting on progress to staff and the public;
  • Maintaining quality control checks;
  • Monitoring build costs and project progress;
  • Motivating the workforce;
  • Supervising construction workers and hiring subcontractors;
  • Using specialist project management computer programmes;
  • Working on-site in all weathers, at clients' businesses or in a site office.

Qualifications and Experience

The successful applicants will have a level of skill commensurate with a bachelor degree or higher qualification OR at least five years of relevant construction site management employment experience.
