Project Coordinator Position

A Project Coordinator is required for a permanent position with a luxury developer builder on the Sunshine Coast. The successful applicant will work on a high-rise residential project and join a motivated team.

The Role Overview

This is a challenging role that requires previous experience as a project coordinator on multistorey projects valued over $80M. You will coordinate trades people and sub-contractors, promoting safe working sites and timely milestones.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage site activities to ensure efficient progress of construction projects
  • Communicate with senior management and sub-contractors to maintain positive relationships and promote collaboration
  • Conduct regular safety meetings and promote a culture of safety across the project site
  • Develop short-term construction programmes to achieve project goals and milestones

Our ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, experience in multistorey projects, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team to achieve project goals.
