We are a well-established Laser &Cosmetic Skincare Clinic based inTemplestowe, Melbourne, seeking a talented and experienced administrators/ receptionist/marketing assistant individual to join our team.

At MediDermic skin care clinic, we offer a variety of treatments using the latest technology. Our experienced team of Laser and Dermal Clinicians, will tailor treatments like Laser hair removal, advanced treatments with laser, HIFU Ultherapy, skin needling, medical grade peels, RF, Fat reduction and more treatments to our client's skin concerns.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Kitomba Salon Software: Efficiently use Kitomba software to manage appointments, track client information, and fully experienced with all features of kitomba software like Appointment booking, online booking, client cards, reports, marketing, stock management and etc

2. Reception and Customer Service: Greet clients with a warm and friendly demeanor, answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide exceptional customer service throughout their clinic experience.

3. Database Management: Organize and clean old databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client information.

5. Social Media Management: Curate and post engaging content on various social media platforms to boost the salon's online presence and attract new customers.

6. General Administrative Tasks: Assist with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in the beauty industry is essential.
- Diploma of Beauty Therapy
- Proficient in using Kitomba salon software features.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Fully Australian Working Rights

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
