Job Role

This role is a detail-focused and commercially savvy Contracts Administrator supporting the delivery of major demolition, remediation, and civil infrastructure projects.

  • Manage project finances and cost tracking
  • Prepare and administer main contracts, claims, and variations
  • Coordinate tender processes and procurement documentation
  • Draft scopes of work and support tender evaluations
  • Prepare subcontractor documentation including purchase orders and deeds of release
  • Assess subcontractor claims and process variations
  • Maintain registers for variations, retentions, and project records

  • Experience in contracts administration within construction, civil, or demolition industries
  • Strong understanding of contract law, subcontractor management, and procurement
