Event Coordinator Job

Our team members play a vital role in booking and coordinating charters for private groups on our vessels within Sydney Harbour.

You will be responsible for administrative duties, including:

  • Booking and coordinating events
  • Liaising with third-party agents and clients
  • Creating run sheets and compiling relevant documentation
  • Attending events and site inspections

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Efficient computer and typing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Familiarity with CRM software (training provided)
  • Strong time management and administration skills
