We are seeking an experienced Leadership Learning Delivery Advisor to join our team and help shape the future of leadership within the organization.

About the Role:

  • This 9-month contract opportunity offers a unique chance to make a meaningful impact on our leadership strategy, working closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to design, deliver, and continuously improve programs.
  • The ideal candidate will be a skilled facilitator and program manager, passionate about leadership development and creating engaging learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with vendors to ensure leadership programs align with Suncorp's strategy, managing schedules, communications, and reporting metrics.
  2. Design and Deliver engaging and professional leadership learning experiences, applying adult learning principles and a variety of instructional techniques.
  3. Monitor program performance, evaluate outcomes, and implement improvements to enhance participation, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  4. Collaborate on the development of Suncorp's leadership strategy and provide insights on emerging trends in leadership capability.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Learning, Organisational Development, HR, or equivalent (desired).
  • Demonstrated experience managing vendors to deliver best-practice leadership development and facilitating virtual and in-person learning programs.
  • Expertise in adult learning principles, group dynamics, program evaluation, and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Advanced understanding of leadership capability-building approaches and the ability to connect learning solutions to business strategy.
