THE ROLE
- Salary Package: Pro-rata $74,062 - $79,823 (HEW 4), plus 17% employer's superannuation and annual leave loading
- Appointment Type: Part Time, 4 days per week, continuing role
This position plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of several chiropractic clinics by overseeing supplies, IT infrastructure, and general upkeep. The successful candidate will provide essential support to the Clinic Operations Coordinator and the Director of Clinics within the Department of Chiropractic. Furthermore, this role will assist clinic supervisors, allowing them to dedicate more time to mentoring Master of Chiropractic students during their placements.
The position requires spending one day at each of the Department's clinics on a weekly basis. Responsibilities also include managing reception duties and patient information across all clinics, as well as mentoring students in reception tasks.
ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate will possess experience in clinical reception, with a focus on standardizing procedures and training others in receptionist responsibilities. A background in customer service and scheduling patient appointments is essential. A genuine passion for working with students and fostering a supportive learning environment is crucial for enabling them to develop key skills for their future careers as chiropractors.
