Compliance Expert - Business Partnership

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Expert to join our team and shape the future of our Group Compliance function.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills, able to balance business objectives with risk management. They will have a proven track record in Line 2 compliance and be comfortable working in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise senior leadership on all compliance matters and help develop a comprehensive compliance program.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the organization remains compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective compliance frameworks and tools to support business operations.
  • Maintain relationships with external parties, including government agencies and industry organizations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance overall efficiency.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience in Line 2 compliance, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
