**Job Title:** Senior Associate, Credit Analyst, Global Corporate

**About the Job:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Credit Analyst to join our team. You will play a critical role in underwriting credit solutions for large corporate and financial institutions clients.
  • As a key member of the Enterprise Credit team, you will partner with relationship and product teams to drive revenue growth and manage risk in our credit portfolio.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for structuring, underwriting, negotiating, documenting, and managing credit risk associated with all banking products for a designated client portfolio.
  • Identify opportunities to responsibly grow the loan portfolio through sound business judgment and thorough analysis.
  • Mitigate losses in deteriorating credits through amendments and restructurings.
  • Lead internal discussions and complete credit approval memorandums that summarize the merits and risks of a transaction based on due diligence findings, financial statement analysis, financial forecasting, assessments of terms and conditions, analysis of company and industry risks, and relationship profitability.
  • Negotiate legal documentation related to loans and derivatives.
  • Interface with internal control partners and external regulators to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Train and mentor junior analysts to develop their skills and expertise.

**Requirements:**

  • 7 years' experience in commercial and/or corporate lending environment, with understanding of loans, trading & treasury products.
  • Strong credit risk analysis and conclusion-oriented analytical skills with ability to manage complex transactions.
  • Ability to independently lead diligence efforts, make approval recommendations, negotiate loan documentation, and execute timely closings.
  • Able to soundly manage the portfolio and justify rationale for recommended transactions.
  • Strong organizational, oral, and written communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively with all levels of risk, support, and business partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities - must be a team player.
