Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our team as a People Business Partner. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping the future of our organization by providing expert guidance and support to our leaders and teams.

About the Role

  • You will provide HR guidance on performance management, employee relations, succession planning, and talent development.
  • You will support and coach managers on sensitive or complex employee matters.
  • You will lead onboarding, transitions, and workforce planning activities.
  • You will partner with Legal/Compliance on risk assessments and employee relations cases.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. HR Guidance: Provide expert guidance to our leaders and teams on various HR-related matters, including performance management, ER/IR, succession planning, and talent development.
  2. Coaching and Support: Offer coaching and support to managers on sensitive or complex employee matters.
  3. Onboarding and Transitions: Lead onboarding, transitions, and workforce planning activities to ensure seamless integration of new employees and effective management of change.
  4. Collaboration and Partnerships: Partner with Legal/Compliance to assess risks and resolve employee relations cases.

We are looking for a highly skilled HR professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products and be able to analyze complex data.
