We are seeking a highly skilled Business Risk Expert to join our team.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing and mitigating material risks within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Support business units in risk management and control activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand end-to-end processes.
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders.
- Share learnings and leverage expertise across the organization to implement best practice controls.
Requirements:
- Degree qualification in a related discipline, such as Finance, Commerce, Law, or Technology.
- Risk professional with a proven track-record in operational risk and controls, ideally within the Financial Services Industry, and with assurance or audit experience.
- Solid understanding of regulations and industry best practices.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Ability to analyze the root cause of an issue and identify potential solutions.
