**Description**:
Heartscope Specialist Group is seeking to hire a Medical Receptionist who possesses a strong work ethic, commitment to quality, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and respond to change to work in our busy practice. Your proven medical reception experience, strong patient focus and responsible outlook are _essential_ for this professional, fast paced environment.

**Day to day your duties will include but not be limited to -**
- Handling phone calls, booking and confirming appointments
- Meet and greet of patients - invoicing patients and taking payments
- Entering patient data into clinical software package (Healthtrack)

**To be successful in this role you will need to possess -**
- Previous experience in medical reception is _advantageous_
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, Access and Outlook
- Excellent oral, written, communication & typing skills
- Able to handle a high pressure environment
- Professional, warm and friendly disposition
- The ability to communicate with patients from all types of backgrounds
- Excellent attention to detail
- A high standard of work ethic - self-motivated, pro-active, takes pride in work
- Able to work well independently, but also as part of a team
- A current driver's license is **preferred**
- Graduates and university students are welcome to apply
