About the Role

The Electrical Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation of projects, meeting contract requirements and exceeding client expectations. As part of the construction team, you will supervise site activities, promote safe working practices, and ensure environmental management aligns with client standards.

You will be responsible for:

  • Supervising site activities allocated to construction team members, enforcing safe working practices in accordance with client safety systems.
  • Planning and ensuring environmental management of construction activities, adhering to client's environmental management systems.
  • Ensuring team members complete allocated projects within project specifications.
  • Coordinating construction activities in consultation with the Project Engineer, setting priorities, and allocating resources to meet objectives and deadlines.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum 5 years' experience as an electrical supervisor in a construction-related environment.
  • Educational qualifications in electrical engineering or a related field.
  • An Australian driver's license.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with experience establishing effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders.
