The Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the administration of a financial program, ensuring adherence to regulations and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities- Quality Assurance & Compliance: Conduct thorough checks on processes to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

- Performance & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, quality, and turnaround times.
This position requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement. The successful candidate will drive process enhancements while fostering a high-performing team environment.
Required Skills and QualificationsExperience: 2+ years of people management experience within the finance industry, preferably in renewable energy.
Knowledge: Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards related to customer verification.
Skillset: Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills; ability to identify and implement process improvements; and knowledge of relevant Australian regulations and compliance requirements.
