Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial transactions accurately and maintain precise records.
- Perform reconciliations to verify consistency and accuracy within accounts.
- Process invoices efficiently, follow up on delayed payments proactively, and manage financial transactions effectively.
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Support budget preparation and monitor expenditures against the allocated funds.
- Assist in tax return preparation and ensure the company meets its tax obligations.
- Support payroll by ensuring accurate and timely compensation of employees.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide regular reports on office expenditure and workflow metrics.
Administrative Tasks
- Coordinate and assist in organizing company events and meetings.
- Manage administrative tasks such as filing, record keeping, inventory management, and data entry.
- Perform various administrative duties as required, including running errands and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Provide customer service support to clients and vendors.
- Research and recommend strategies to improve administrative processes and procedures.
- Maintain organized and accessible filing systems.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate events.
- Assist with human resources functions, including recruitment and training.
- Offer general support to visitors and other staff members as needed.
