
Financial Administrator

We are a dynamic business seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for invoicing, billing and inventory management. They will also collect payments, manage accounts payable and receivable, reconcile bank statements and process payroll.
Key qualifications include:
- 2 years of experience in accounting administration
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient hands-on experience with XERO software
- MS Office skills with advanced proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Effective time management and organisational skills
In this role you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports and providing administrative support to the team.
