Executive Relationship Manager Job Description

A prominent organization seeks a seasoned Executive Relationship Manager to spearhead client relationships and drive business growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a diverse portfolio of clients through exceptional service and strategic partnerships.
  • Contribute to the expansion of the company's Global & Corporate portfolio by identifying revenue enhancement opportunities and developing client servicing solutions.
  • Oversee administrative tasks related to the portfolio, ensuring accurate, efficient, and timely responses to day-to-day queries and policy documentation.
  • Nurture key stakeholder relationships and enhance the client experience by collaborating with colleagues and senior management.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends, market updates, and new products to keep clients up-to-date.
Key Qualifications:
  • Tier 1 or Diploma qualification, or intention to complete this qualification.
  • Solid general insurance experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional client service with a collaborative approach.
  • Experience supporting senior team members with large corporates.
  • Strategic thinking and outstanding communication and presentation skills.
