Job Overview

The Data Analyst and Reporting Specialist will play a key role in managing asset data to support the overall asset management framework and strategic plans across contracts.

This role will work closely with cross-functional teams throughout the organization to ensure accurate data entry, extraction, and cleansing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data governance and accuracy.
  • Data provision and maintenance within the asset database and ITSM systems.
  • Building and maintaining reports to detect inconsistencies in the asset database.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to refine asset management procedures.
  • Conducting asset audits through site inspections.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and reporting, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
