We're looking for a People & Culture Advisor to join our Sydney Studio. At SJB, our goal is to be employer of choice by offering an excellent and creative workplace and culture. The wellbeing, safety, and personal development of our staff is important to us. The P&C Advisor will have a broad knowledge and experience of human resources functions over the entire employee life cycle. The P&C function runs effectively within the Operations Team reporting to the Studio Manager and Directorship, to deliver value to both our people and practice.

This role includes recruitment, attraction and retention, employee relations, people and culture policies, engagement and wellbeing, performance reviews and management, administering HR systems and regular reporting to the Leadership Team as well as other P&C related tasks.

Some requirements for this role include at least 5 years of experience as a HR Advisor, HR Consultant, HR Generalist or similar role and tertiary qualifications in HR, Business Administration or Organisational Psychology.
