About the Role

This role focuses on delivering high-quality reference data to support trading decisions, settlement, and investment activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to distill complex information into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and interpret reference data from various sources, including documents, reports, and vendor information.
  • Collate and transform data into a usable format, ensuring accuracy, comprehensiveness, and timeliness.
  • Procure required documents and/or trusted content through creative internet searches and direct outreach to issuers, underwriters, and other stakeholders.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects to optimize processes and improve data quality.
  • Provide customer support for users of our products, resolving inquiries and conducting additional analysis as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high pressure and fluidity.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Vietnamese language.
  • Proficiency in Excel and ability to use pre-defined functions to organize and analyze data.
