As a Business Intelligence Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through data-driven insights. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain operational dashboards tailored to team needs, providing key performance indicators (KPIs) and actionable insights.

Key aspects of the job include:
  • Developing and maintaining operational dashboards using advanced data visualisation tools.
  • Utilising Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) techniques to extract data from various sources for reporting and self-serve data marts.
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and respond to ad-hoc queries.
  • Identifying and troubleshooting issues through root cause analysis to minimise disruptions in reporting processes.
Requirements include a tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as Business Analytics, Commerce, Actuarial Science, Econometrics or Mathematics. You should possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in programming languages such as SQL and Python, and experience with data visualisation tools like Tableau. Additionally, you should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
