Data Insights Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Data Insights Specialist to lead data-driven initiatives within our Analytics team.
This is a permanent opportunity to drive business outcomes through strategic data analysis and reporting.
The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to unlock the full potential of customer data, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting business requirement gathering sessions to collect in-depth first-hand business problems.
- Creating detailed project scopes and artefacts required for successful delivery.
- Sound stakeholder management and engagement skills to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Developing proof-of-concept BI models and prototypes to validate solution feasibility.
- Undertaking research and analysis to translate requirements into actionable epics and user stories.
- Establishing tools, templates, and procedures to support data analysts.
- Partnering effectively with stakeholders to elicit and document business objectives, processes, and specific use-cases.
Requirements include:
- Demonstrated experience working in Agile environments and leading cross-functional data delivery teams.
- Experience creating detailed BRD, HLD, and LLD artefacts to support project execution.
- Understanding of data testing, reference data management, and data quality practices.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake.
- Familiarity with ERP, EPM, DBT for transforming and modeling data.
- Experience using Power BI for dashboard development and analytics delivery.
